In order to strengthen the construction of the company's corporate culture, promote mutual communication among employees, cultivate team spirit and sense of cooperation, and practice the concept of "rejuvenating the sea and serving the country, harmonious coexistence", recently, under the leadership of Song Guosheng, the company's chairman, accompanied by the drizzle in the sky, everyone went to the Yidu Training Base with full enthusiasm to participate in the outdoor expansion activities with the theme of "uniting highly effective Pengli people, striving passionately for the ocean dream".

This expansion activity was carried out around the two themes of "team building" and "challenging ourselves", aiming to exercise the strong will of employees and enhance their team cohesion and overall centripetal force. Through the activities, the employees of each center were able to quickly integrate into the team, find a sense of collective belonging, strengthen the communication between employees, enrich the expansion content, and also received good results. This expansion activity was carried out in four groups: Kunpeng Team (slogan: take the sea as home, realize the dream of the sea), Nanhai Fleet Team (slogan: ride the wind and waves, forge ahead), Dapeng Team (slogan: Pengcheng Wanli, bring red envelopes), and Everything to the team (slogan: go to Dark Blue, everything to the team).

Before the event, Song Guosheng, the chairman of the company, made a speech. He said that the company is a big family, and everyone is a brother and sister. Coach Chen first introduced the purpose and significance of outward bound training, and then divided them into groups. Then, under the guidance of the coach, the four groups competed on "High Altitude Project", "Inspiration", "Angry Birds", "Happy Caterpillar", "Power of Breathing", "Real CS" and other activities. After dinner, we held a bonfire party, where everyone made every effort to show their talents. From group games to live rehearsals by each team, all the team members participated in it with all their heart. Everyone was regardless of each other and had fun together. Everyone was in high spirits and the atmosphere was very lively! At last, with the inspiring speeches of the leaders, the expansion activity ended in the laughing campfire party.

In this activity, the strength of the four groups is equal, each has its own merits, but we do not compare high with low. Instead, we compare what you have gained and understood in the process, think about how the previous working methods and behavior patterns have hindered your work, and what impact the distortion of the upload and release has on the execution.
